Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, as they can take up a significant amount of time. We do require a credit card upon booking any appointment. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule and appointment we ask that you kindly give at least a 48 hour notice. If the appointment is cancelled before the 48 hour mark no charge will be made. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hour mark a 50% charge will be incurred. If you fail to show for your appointment, we will charge a full 100% of the services booked. A deposit is required for services rendered & will be deducted at the time of the appointment! If you need to reschedule your appointment your deposit will be moved to your next appointment as long as you give us 48 hours notice. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time or for any no-shows.
